Dr. Royzman and her staff are some of the most amazing people that I know. Not only are they awesome medical professionals, but they are also just wonderful human beings. Dr. Royzman, Susan, and all of the staff have gone above & beyond to help me as a patient. I was in the middle of a lengthy procedure to get an implant put in to replace my #30 tooth when my family and I relocated to outside of the United States. They went above & beyond to work with my new international dentist to finalize the implant procedure and get my tooth 'over the finish line.' Even before I moved, I was patient with them for over a year and had many, successful smaller procedures. Dr. Royzman and her staff were always upfront and honest with their pricing. They always took the time to help me understand what my insurance did and did not cover and also educated me on ways they work to mitigate some of the uncovered costs. I never once had a surprise when it came to billing and payment. I cannot recommend Dr. Royzman and her staff enough! They are GREAT! I know you will love them as much as I did!

Dr. Anna Royzman and her staff make you feel at home and help me in particular with my anxiety toward dentistry in general. They make sure you are comfortable at all times while they are working on you. Whenever I have had an emergency, they are able to fit me in and accommodate my needs, usually the same day. Dr. Royzman is very thorough in finding the best treatment to fit your particular needs and explains all the steps in detail. I have been a patient here for approximately 4 years since relocating to Florida from New York. The staff was very courteous and professional from the time I entered the office and was met by Shannon, the receptionist to Dr. Royzman. Staff members introduced themselves and used my name. They told me what they planned to do today, why, and how much my visit today would cost. They made me feel important in the evaluation process, Dr. Royzman explained my dental condition to me and what the options and prognosis would be along with costs. I appreciated her candid assessment and giving me time to decide on my course of action. She understands my financial and personal dilemmas. I had two crowns done way back on the upper and lower molars. I have a high tolerance for pain killers, so we used the gas, and the shots, and afterward 'the cocktail.) There was a pillow for my neck, sunglasses the Dentist and two assistants, always coaching me along for about two hours. That really helped a lot-along with what was about to take place and then what they wanted me to do through the sedation. No one could offer you more or better! Likewise with explaining my insurance, or lack thereof billing and scheduling.
