Amazing! Everything you possible want and more!
I had two crowns done way back on the upper and lower molars. I have a high tolerance for pain killers, so we used the gas, and the shots, and afterward 'the cocktail'. There was a pillow for my neck, sunglasses the Dentist and two assistants, always coaching me along for about two hours. That really helped a lot-along with what was about to take place and then what they wanted me to do through the sedation. No one could offer you more or better! Likewise with explaining my insurance, or lack thereof billing and scheduling.
Everyone in this office was very friendly and did a great job. Although I wasn't given a great outlook on my dental problems, just the fact that everyone was so nice helped a lot.

I had a crown and from start to finish everything went flawlessly. No issues with the temporary and the permanent crown looks perfect! Color match is excellent. I was told to expect to be there an hour ( took my lunch break ) and was back to work on time! Love this place!

Recent Visit
Next to lawyers, dentists are the most hated profession. Find a Good dentist is like a pair of shoes, have to keep trying until you find the perfect pair. Years of disappointments with dentists, I kind of let my teeth go. Aftering being referred to Dr. Royzman's office by family, it was determined I needed to have a root canal and crown done (other work to come). Nervous to be in a chair after knowing people who have had horrible after effects from a root canal, as well as my past experiences, I scheduled the root canal. Well, I can't believe I waited so long to see Dr. Royzman and get the necessary work started. Dr. Royzman was Amazing. I made it through the root canal with Never Once feeling Any pain or discomfort in my mouth, And she Saved my tooth. In addition to Dr. Royzman, Kendall is Wonderful. Her 'bed side' personality is terrific. She was a great assistant to Dr. Royzman during my procedure. Any nervous or doubt melted away. Knowing that more dental work is scheduled, I have no hesitation to continue my procedures and the most important bi-annual maintenance with Dr. Royzman. Thank you.

Dr. Royzman is absolutely amazing, she has fingers of an angel. This has been the third root canal I get and I must say my experience with Dr. Royzman and her assistant Kendall has been like no other. The best dental experience!!!
After years of trying to find a good honest dentist, I came across Prosperity Dental. Dr. Royzman is incredible. She’s extremely knowledgeable and considerate, especially when it comes to the patient experiencing pain. She does everything possible to make you as comfortable as she can. If it was very her knowledge I would have never known that I have osteoporosis, which is not a common thing for a woman in her mid 50s. According to my rheumatologist she probably saved my life. Not only is she great her office office staff is very professional and pleasant to deal with. I can’t say enough about my experience there. I highly recommend Prosperity Dental to everyone I know.
Still waiting for Arcady to get back to me regarding my insurance, Coventry and the cost for two bridges. I think he had some time off. He is usually very, very good about emailing me. Their office is incredibly friendly!
Professional, and so kind
At Prosperity Dental Group the minute I walked in to my first appointment I felt within family, staff was professional and so inviting. Eric was great in explaining my next appointment along with payment plans. Liza was a sweetheart from talking over the phone to meeting her in person. Dr. Rozman was amazing, she took her time to explain everything going on with my teeth and I felt automatically connected to her, she seemed very caring and concerned about me understanding the procedures I need. You don't find this in many Doctors today. I am very happy to have chosen Prosperity Dental Group as my dentist.

I called at 10:00 am and got in at 2:00 the same day. I had a loose screw on one of my bottom implants. The dentist fixed it in a few minutes. No charge! I love everyone in the office. They are always so friendly.

Friendly and professional
I would like to say this was a great visit for me, but it was not, in reference to my cleaning, I have had way better cleanings there, maybe you have changed personnel, I was not very happy with my cleaning, I left feeling like my teeth still needed clean, I would prefer if I return a different hygienest, it was just a very minor light cleaning, in and out fast, whoever took care of me in 2016 was great, I would like to hear from the office mgr, and discuss it further.

Love the dental office & Dr. Royzman, but....
Dr. Royzman is great, and she's done some magnificent dental work on me. I often get complimented on my smile now, and I recommend her to others. However, I was disappointed with the hygenist I had on my last visit. She was new and inexperienced. It was a bit painful for just a cleaning. She kept poking my gum with the pointed end of the tool, then I think it was her nails that were against the sore gum while she worked on the other side. I actually had to tell her not to touch that side of my mouth again. Sorry to write this review, it took me a few days to think about how to write this in as gentle a way as possible. The hygenist was very pleasant, but young, and maybe just out of school is my guess. I just think she needs a bit more experience.

My hygienist Jenny is very thorough. She explains everything and knows how sensitive my gums are so she takes her time trying to keep make it easier for me.

The Doctor took time to explain all the procedures. She explained all the pros and cons of the treatment so that I can make an independent. Dr staff is also extremely helpful. and she has a great rapport with her assistant and hygienist and they work very well together. I am new to the area relocating from Midwest and I truly felt that 'hometown' feeling with this dental group like about in Ohio.

Everyone at this office is so professional and caring. I have really bad anxiety about going to doctors, but the staff and the doctor herself were so kind did everything they could to ease my anxiety. I had to get my very first filling and it didn't hurt one bit. The injection was completely painless and the process was quick. Great Office?
I have been to many dentist and this office is one of the best! it starts with the front desk girs melissa and Jodi the are so nice and helpful and make you smile from the momment you walk in. Dr.Royzman is very comforting and kind you can tell she cares about her patients.. the two assists Nicole and Kendall are great as well! Krisi teh hyg is very kind and gental you cant go weong with this office!!!
Upper teeth removed for dentures
Procedure went fine, my temp upper dentures has a gap in the front which I had one all my life and hated it. All I can do is ask what happened when the office open Monday. Dentist and staff is very friendly and explained everything. This is just the first 24 hours.

I relocated from Ohio and I truly feel this office gives a 'home-town' approach with 'big-city' knowledge and high tech equipment. I am very grateful for finding a caring primary dental provider.

What a wonderful office!!! The Front Desk Staff are all VERY Welcoming and Cheery when you walk in. They know every Pt. by name and are Very caring,personable and great professionals. Dr.Royzman takes time to explain all the procedures. She explains the pros and cons of the treatment so that Pts. can make an independent yet informed decision. She's also the first dentist who paused to ask me if anything hurt, which it did not.Her staff is also extremely helpful, her assistant Nicole is AMAZING and Hygienist Kristy is Extremely thorough yet Gentle and they work very well together. I was very disappointed that I was charged $125.for gluing back a tooth from my denture. Way too much money for most of us on a fixed income. If this is the norm I think it's outrageous.

Cleaning follow up
Great follow up. Hygienist was concerned about a crown inflamation when I had my cleaning so wanted to check it out before my next cleaning was due. Treated it with antibiotic to assure it would not be a problem.. very caring and very thorough. Very much appreciated. Have recommended to several of my friends.

I do, because Karen was unbelievably confident, dedicated, passionate and informative. She was gentle and kind to boot! I've been going to the dentist for years, not to mention I'm 62. Never did anyone take the time to give me a little background on their experience level, and the passion she has for dentistry, making me feel like she really wanted my experience to be a pleasant and comfortable as possible....Success she did...Boorah!!

This was my first visit to Prosperity Dental Group and it was a great experience. They use state of the art equipment, and are very thorough. These were the easiest xrays ever taken because of the new equipment. Carey, the hygienist, was kind, gentle, and explained everything. Doctor Anna Royzman was smart and to the point. I have a lot of dental work to do and know I am in good hands.
Dental Implants
After finally realizing I had to have dental implants, and worrying about the cost involved, I was so feared that I would not find a dentist that would do a good job but also understand my fears. Prosperity Dental Group,especially Anna Royzman, took the time to answer all my concerns, and proceeded to do a fantastic job. She was so thorough and extra concerned about the fit and looks that i was truly amazed. The quality of the implants were far superior to some of the implants other family members had done. I have recommended several of my friends and feel confident they will feel the same way.

Professional Dental Care
Prosperity Dental Group has done major restoration work for me over the span of several months. Each procedure was well done and not painful nor unpleasant. My 'new' teeth are absolutely great!. Quality Service, Friendly
Doctor was great: very competent, professional and friendly, I was made to feel special. Also, Carrie, who gave me the 'needle' was very good. The assistant was a bit rough during the procedure, however, she was very precise and careful with the temporary cap. The only reason I did not give this 5 starts was that the treatment rooms need updating: broken electrical covers, holes in the walls where a hook (or something) came out.

FANTASTIC
After working with another office for three (3) weeks, due to their incompetence, I found no other alternative but to terminate them. I called Prosperity Dental Group because of a referral that I received from one of my friends. They are professional, accurate, and detailed on all that they had to do for me. I would highly recommend them to anyone to Prosperity. What a breath of fresh air after my experience with that useless group with whom I was working.
DEEP CLEANING PROCEDURE
My 1st cleaning was awful. My face was constantly getting wet and my shirt was pretty much soaked all around my neck line. I had to do a follow up deep cleaning and it was a 15 on a pain scale of 1 - 10. I felt like the hygienist was trying to pressure me to do both sides of my mouth at once and get it over with as she advised. I thank God that I only let her do 1 side. Don't remember her name, but both visits with her were the most uncomfortable dental appointments I ever had in my life. Her injections were painful as hell. I felt each 1, burning, stinging, very painful. However, on my last visit, I had a different dental hygienist. Her name was Carrie or maybe its Keri. I hope that she sees this. SHE IS THE BEST. She explained everything that she did. Her injections were painless. I had no pain or discomfort whatsoever, during or after. She gave me aftercare instructions. The 1st hygienist did not. Carrie or Keri was AWESOME!!! I will not allow the other hygienist to ever work on me. Seriously, Carrie or Keri was great. I do not despise the idea of my next visit, as I had previously felt. Once again, Carrie or Keri, thank you, thank you. YOU ARE THE BEST

It was the best!!!
I realize that you only live once. I decided to go for it and redeemed my root canal rewards, prophylaxis points and combined those with my frequent crown card to upgrade to the Prosperity Dental Concierge Package. Was it worth it? How do I begin......I arrived at their location and although there was no valet service there was a space for my car in the front row directly across from the entrance. SCORE ONE FOR ME!!!! With this service signing in was not necessary and I was whisked through the boarding gate into the first room on the right as other people in the boarding area watched in amazement. SCORE ANOTHER ONE FOR ME!!! I was seated in a very comfortable seat with room to stretch out and my choice of television or musical entertainment. A wonderful dental assistant placed a LINEN napkin around my neck for the procedure. It was much more comfortable that the paper napkins I had previously been given before the upgrade. Now for the good part.... It was time for the anesthetic to be served....low and behold it was in crystal syriinges. No plastic for this guy. What a treat!!!! Of course the first one went down with little effect so I had to have another. The mixologist that was on duty must have been in a generous mood because they just kept coming. I loved that Dr.'R' said if I could feel anything I had not had enough. Who can complain about free refills? ANOTHER SCORE FOR ME!!!!! All of the instruments we in special sealed packages just for me and opened only after I was comfortably seated. The temporary crown is a work of art that will sit on my mantle as a reminder of a once in a lifetime experience. I am already planning my next trip to this place. Who could ask for more? The staff is wonderful, the service is wonderful, the cocktails are served till you are totally numb. Who could ask for more?

First Post-Op Visit for Lower Dental Extractions (from 07/15/2015)
Things were fine. The alternate dentist who saw me instead of Dr. Royzman was very kind and professional. I liked her. Cue removed my sutures and did a soft realign on my temporary denture. She explained about my probably needing to return again for another realign because I was not able to bite down forcefully enough due to tenderness of my gums. The doctor explained how healing will take time. She encouraged me. I will try to wear my lower denture to eat but otherwise allow my gums to heal. I will NOT sleep with them in. Cue explained how to care for the cleaning of the denture. I will be returning on September 29th to see the doctor who evaluates me for the implants for the overdenture.

Dental checkup
Went to this office for a check up after not being to the dentist for a few years. Very afraid of dental work in general. The staff was very empathetic and made me feel comfortable. As it turns out I do need some work and the dentist is taking a slow approach for my comfort. Also, they are a lets take a look and see what we need to do approach which I like very much.
Staff is friendly, services were excellent.However I felt the wait time between the 2 assistants and dentist were extremely long.For a routine visit(cleaning and x-rays) I thought 2 hours was extreme.

The staff was very courteous and professional from the time I entered the office and was met by Shannon, the receptionist to Dr. Royzman. Staff members introduced themselves and used my name. They told me what they planned to do today, why, and how much my visit today would cost. They made me feel important in the evaluation process, Dr. Royzman explained my dental condition to me and what the options and prognosis would be along with costs. I appreciated her candid assessment and giving me time to decide on my course of action. She understands my financial and personal dilemmas.
